Dr Simpson is an Aberdeen graduate. Following the completion of her GP training in 1986 she became a GP partner with the Health Centre in Silsden, West Yorkshire. She joined the practice in November 2000 and has an interest in Gynaecology, Family Planning and End of Life Care.

Dr Appanna graduated from Mysore University, India in 1989 and trained locally to become a General Practitioner in August 2001. He worked at Kidderminster Accident & Emergency and is very experienced in Paediatrics (care of children).

Dr Undaleeb-Khan graduated from University College London Medical School in 2000 and trained in London to become a General Practitioner in 2007. He has a particular interest in Mental Health and also Sexual Health and Family Planning.

Dr Bhardwaj graduated from university of Birmingham medical school in 2001. Having undertaken surgical training in both UK and New Zealand before completing his general practice training in the North Worcestershire area. Specialist interests include mens health, minor surgery and orthopaedics (sports injuries and joint injections in particular).

Dr Makepeace qualified as a doctor at Birmingham University in 2007 and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2013. She has special interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Family Planning and Palliative Care.

Dr Tong graduated from University of Birmingham in 2010. Has an interest in Child health, Elderly care and Palliative care.

Dr Laugharne graduated from Birmingham University in 2008. She joined the practice in 2016 having completed her general practice training in the North Worcestershire area. Her interests include child health and women's health.

Dr West graduated from St George's Hospital Medical School, London in 2001. Sarah completed her GP training after time in the Army and completing her family. She was a GP registrar at Northumberland House Surgery previously. Sarah has recently returned to the UK with her family after a number of years living and working as a GP in New Zealand. She has an interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine.
Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.

The practice management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice management team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
The practice has an excellent working relationship with their neighbourhood District Nursing team, who were for many years based within the practice but have recently been re-located to the Neighbourhood Hub within Kidderminster
