Prescription Request Update 

From 1st August 2021 we can no longer guarantee that urgent prescription requests will be processed the same day.

Routine prescriptions usually take 48 hours to process.  Please order when you have at least 7 days of medication left.

Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

  • non_nhs_services3Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Passport signing
  • Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
  • Private sick notes
  • Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability. Due to the costs of these services we will normally ask for payment [via cash, cheque or debit / credit card] at the time of booking the service.
