When We Are Closed
If you call the surgery for urgent medical assistance outside of normal working hours a message will direct you to ring the out-of-hours service – Telephone 111, where a nurse practitioner will answer your call and help you as necessary.
The out-of-hours centre is situated within the treatment centre at Kidderminster Hospital, Bewdley Road, Kidderminster. Do not attend the centre unless you are advised to. The centre is designed to provide emergency medical care out-of-hours.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
